Workouts for everyone

Be part of a fitness program that is passionate, determined, and supportive. We strive to create a friendly fellowship environment, regardless of age, gender, or athletic ability. Training takes place in the Grace Baptist Church gymnasium on Mondays at 5:45pm.

Each month we weekly rotate between four workout routines. Join us for your favorite or come out to all of them!

Week 1 - Aerobic & Dance

Week 2 - Strength Training

Week 3 - Gold “Senior” Workout Program

Week 4 - Boot Camp
